During Micah Zuhl's 2008 race season, we hope to achieve the following goals:

Create the largest fundraising event for those living with cancer in Michigan history.
Introduce 500 new members to Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids.
Raise a minimum of $500,000 in monetary donations with 100% of those donation going to Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids and the 27 counties in Michigan which they serve.
Establish four (4) new collegiate internship programs with Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids.
Earn one public service announcement per month for Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids.
Start a diary of personal cancer stories and experiences from individuals we meet throughout the 2008 race season.
Publish cancer stories and experiences in a book at the end of Micah Zuhl's 2008 race season, including documentation of his race results and experiences.
Find resource/sponsorship to assist in meeting Zuhl’s Pursuit's season-long cost of $35,635. See our budget here.
Attract 50 streams of media at both the local and national levels (radio, tv, print etc.) promoting Gilda's Club Grand Rapids as well as our message and purpose.
Partner Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids with 50 new hospitals and treatment-facility resources across United States.
Professionally film Micah Zuhl’s 2008 race season, including national race events, training and the thousands of people we will meet along the way who are living with cancer. We hope it will generate a strong enough following to eventually be made into movie.
